Christmas 2009

This holiday season started off horribly. Neiko - the Choc. Lab I got Javier our first Christmas together - was shot by a neighboring rancher. This devastated him and his parents. Once that was out, we tried to move forward with the joys of the holiday. My mother wanted new pictures of DJ and I for Christmas, so I decided we were going to give her pictures of all of us, me, Javier, DJ & Christine. I got my mom a scrapbook calendar and wanted to take tons of pictures of all the places DJ and I used to frequent as kids, but our time was limited . We just went to Sea World and used their backgrounds to take some pictures.

Christmas eve was at my parent's and grandparents house. My parents got us an outstanding decorative star thing that says Free Beer Tomorrow!! It's going to look great at our place. They also got us these really neat picture frames! Oh and did I mention my new GPS TomTom 360 :-D and a fabulous new jacket! Javier got a new PS3 game (great a new one to take his attention) @ grandma's Javier got his traditional horse - I like this one a lot! He really likes the fact that my grandparents are buying him a collection of things... He says they think he'll be around a while - I say Duh. I got a cute phone purse and tons of scarfs - that grandma made!

Christmas day was at his parents place. Javier gave me GOLF CLUBS!!! I'm so excited! I got everything to go with them too! Including a sweet rolling cart! I gave him a ship in a bottle kit and a Sherlock Holmes book!

We found the next car that we want! Did not buy it, but it is my new years resolution to save money so we can put down a good chunk of change!
