I am working in Bryan ISD and Javier is going to school and working at the Benjamin Knox Art Center - he's doing amazing!!
October was Missy and Chris's wedding -- I am so happy for this beautiful couple!!
Christmas brought an adoption of a new pet - Chief/Scout/Little Terd -- but he had distemper and died 3 days after we got him - I did not take that well.Valentines day was my best ever! Javier got this picture framed up for me - the significance is it was the day him and I went to Conroe on our first weekend trip, first time he met Brandi and Andrea adn we went and played putt putt golf. With this picture in the box frame, he put the original score card (which we won) and both of our golf balls... it really meant a lot to me.
His gift was our new baby girl JoDee. She is an Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix puppy that came about just in time for V-day. She now is 5 months old, and can sit, stay, laydown, and gives great high fives! She is our pride and joy, and I can't imagine what life was like without her!
We have had a great year here so far - and I will update this quite often with the summer activities coming. I am teaching Summer school and Jv is working full time, but we have a lot on the way! I'm still learining how to make this thing work, so bear with me unitl I get it like I want!
